Statuses are ESPN's, refreshed every three hours. Out and doubtful players are treated as unavailable; questionable players usually play (league-wide, roughly two in three). Only the quarterback feeds the model directly, through the Elo adjustment; everything else is priced by the market, which is one reason The System weights the market three to one.
A backup at a skill position moves a spread by a point or less; a starting quarterback moves it by three to seven. Compare a game's injury list with its line movement to see what the market has already absorbed.
